Peta has gained extensive experience as the State Claims Manager for a National Insurance company.

Should you have a workers compensation claim, Peta will work closely with you to ensure that your claim runs smoothly and your employee returns to work as quickly as possible. Peta will be highly proactive, liaising with yourself, your insurer, GPs, rehabilitation providers, assessors etc as necessary to keep on top of your claim.

Importantly, Peta will also be able to provide you and your business with advice and education on how to minimise the cost and disruption of workers compensation claims, and how to ensure a favorable outcome for all parties from a claim perspective.

Peta’s role includes:

• Assisting you in lodging your claim
• Discussing with you the most appropriate actions you and your employees should take to ensure a speedy return to work
• Regularly reviewing the status of your claim with your insurer 
• Providing you with general advice and direction throughout your claim.
